Please read these terms before paying. Checkout is on Teachable. Payment grants instant access to the online course. All sales are final.
1. Instant access — digital delivery
This purchase is for a digital / online course. After successful payment on Teachable, you receive instant access to the online training. Immediate access is full delivery of the digital product. Because access is unlocked right away, you cannot cancel after checkout.
2. No refunds — all sales final
There are no refunds. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits after payment, including if you change your mind, cannot attend the in-class session, do not complete the course, or are not satisfied. All purchases are final.
3. No payment disputes or chargebacks
By paying, you agree not to dispute this charge, reverse the payment, or file a chargeback or claim of non-delivery with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Instant course access is delivery of the product. A chargeback after access has been granted is a breach of these terms.
4. How you pay
Payment is by Teachable checkout only (card). Interac e-Transfer is not used for online enrollment. The advertised course fee is $120 CAD + tax. The amount charged at Teachable checkout is the amount due.
5. What you receive
Payment enrolls you in Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C & AED (blended): 8 hours of online lessons plus an 8-hour in-class session. The official certificate is issued only after both the online and in-class portions are complete.
6. Acceptance
You must check the agreement box on the Enroll page before continuing to Teachable. Checking that box and completing payment means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including instant access, no refunds, and no payment disputes.
